the breakfast had decent choices. it was not really good, but there were various options available.

the air conditioning was quite poor, leaving the room feeling humid and slightly uncomfortable. i found it hard to get the temperature just right, it always felt either too cold or too stuffy.

the room was very large it had everything i needed. i also appreciated how attentive the staff was, especially quynh she showed me such a cute vibe. the heated pool was good and the aesthetic was very relaxing.

The gym smelled like mold, which wasn't pleasant. i also find the walls very thin. I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. the breakfast was lacking in quality i didn't find many options i liked.

I received a complimentary welcome drink. A delicious tea, upon arrival. the receptionist, duc doan, impressed me, returning earrings i had lost. he also offered dining recommendations for the lunar new year holiday. i am very grateful.

The sound insulation in my room was not ideal. Street noise was quite noticeable! i should have brought ear plugs with me. i hope they invest in better soundproofing.

The executive beautiful room featured modern decor. Breakfast had a good variety of local cuisine. The hotel arranged taxi service to the airport, quite punctual.

i found the breakfast selection very good with both local and western options. the rooftop bar provided a nice atmosphere. the staff was always available and very helpful with any request i had.

the gym had a noticeable mold smell, concerning. the room's soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear noise from the streets easily. the towels in the room felt a bit worn.

lovely touch amazing location

The room was super clean. it had everything i needed for my stay. The welcome drink was a lovely touch. the location was amazing for walking around many attractions. the accessibility to shops was also useful.

the walls were a little thin. i could sometimes hear noise from the corridor.

Really good Service and Prime Location!

The staff were attentive and were really nice too meet my needs. One detail stood out in particular, the staff provided great recommendations for local restaurants! The hotel's location was perfect. It made exploring convenient.

The gym area on level H2 had a noticeable mold smell. I usually have no respiratory issues, but I developed some . The air conditioning system might need inspection for contaminants. It's important for health.
