I received a complimentary welcome drink. A delicious tea, upon arrival. the receptionist, duc doan, impressed me, returning earrings i had lost. he also offered dining recommendations for the lunar new year holiday. i am very grateful.

The sound insulation in my room was not ideal. Street noise was quite noticeable! i should have brought ear plugs with me. i hope they invest in better soundproofing.

i found the breakfast selection very good with both local and western options. the rooftop bar provided a nice atmosphere. the staff was always available and very helpful with any request i had.

The staff were attentive and were very good too meet my needs. One detail stood out in particular, the staff provided great recommendations for local restaurants! The hotel's location was perfect. It made exploring convenient.

The gym area on level H2 had a noticeable mold smell. I usually have no respiratory issues, but I developed some . The air conditioning system might need inspection for contaminants. It's important for health.
